Mastermind

Agentic Academy helps you build your first real AI agent around your own work.

The monthly mastermind helps you keep improving it as AI changes.

That second part matters more than you might think.

When we run a 10-week cohort, a lot will change during those 10 weeks:

  1. New Claude Code features will ship.

  2. Codex will keep changing.

  3. New agentic harnesses will be launched

  4. New AI models will launch.

  5. Models will get better at some tasks and weirder at others.

  6. Someone will find a better way to structure a workflow.

  7. Or some of you will build something that makes the rest of us rethink how we set up our own agents.

That is exciting.

But it is also a lot to keep up with.

We help you filter through the noise

The reality is that many AI updates are not worth your attention right away.

Some are not relevant to your workflow.

Some are interesting, but not ready for your setup yet.

Some matter to the broader AI world but do not change much about your actual work.

And sometimes, a small update turns out to be the exact thing that makes your agent easier to use.

The better question is:

What is the next useful edge, and how could it impact the work we are actually doing?

That is what the Agentic Academy Mastermind is for.

What the mastermind is

The Agentic Academy Mastermind is a monthly upgrade session for Ongoing members.

When you join the Ongoing plan, you get 12 monthly mastermind sessions. They happen across your first 12 months as a student, including during the live cohort and through the rest of your 12-month window.

Each month, we look at what changed in AI agents, decide what actually matters, and help you apply the useful parts to the system you are building.

Think of it as a monthly agent upgrade session, with news only when the news changes what you should do.

Instead of covering every launch, every model benchmark, and every tool with a good demo on social media, we will stay close to the work students are actually building.

The point is to filter the noise, test what is useful, and bring the best ideas back into real student workflows.

If something new can make your agent more reliable, faster, easier to maintain, or better at your actual work, we will look at it.

If something looks impressive but does not change much for your setup yet, we will say that too.

Why this exists

The first version of your agent will not be the final version.

That is not a flaw in the course. That is just how this work is moving right now.

Recently, Claude Code added dynamic workflows. Claude Fable 5 launched. Since GPT 5.5 launched, Codex has become more useful for knowledge work, not just code. New features keep changing what an agent can do, how long it can work, how many steps it can manage, and how much judgment it can carry through a task.

The exact examples will change.

That is the point.

The mastermind gives us a place to sort through those changes every month, as your agent evolves from a first version into something you can use reliably every day.

Some updates will matter right away. Some will be noise. Some will be useful only for advanced students. Some will be small quality-of-life improvements that save you from repeated friction every week.

The point is not to rebuild your agent every time something new launches.

The point is to keep making good decisions about what should change, what should wait, and what should be ignored.

What we will do every month

Each monthly session has one job:

Help you make better decisions about what to update, what to ignore, and what to try next.

The format will stay practical.

1. What changed this month

We will review the agent-related updates that matter most for Agentic Academy students. This may include new Claude Code features, Codex updates, model changes, workflow patterns, skills, connectors, or better ways to structure agents around real work.

2. What is worth using now

Some updates deserve your attention. Some are interesting but not useful yet. We will separate those so you can choose without feeling behind.

3. How it changes the workflow

If a new feature matters, we will show where it fits. Does it change how you structure files? Does it make a workflow easier? Does it reduce repeated setup? Does it make your agent better at handling longer tasks? Does it make review and quality control easier?

4. Live agent upgrade clinic

We will look at real student agents and ask what should be improved based on what has changed. Sometimes that means adding a new skill. Sometimes it means simplifying the setup. Sometimes it means doing nothing because the current version is already good enough.

5. Monthly action notes

You will leave with a short list of recommended updates, experiments, and things to ignore. If you miss the live session, you can still watch the replay and use the notes.

Mastermind schedule

The monthly mastermind starts on Friday, July 24, 2026 at 11am ET.

Each session is 1 hour. After that, the mastermind meets on the fourth Friday of each month at 11am ET.

What this helps you avoid

Keeping up with any AI updates is exhausting.

You build something. A new feature launches. You wonder if you should rebuild everything. Then another model comes out. Then someone posts a workflow that looks better than yours. Then you are back in research mode instead of using the thing you already built.

Most people joining Agentic Academy already have real work to do. They do not have hours every week to follow every product update, test every new workflow, and figure out which changes are actually useful.

That is why the mastermind exists.

We do the sorting. We separate the signal from the noise. We test the ideas that look useful. Then we bring them back into a real-world flow you can use without spending your own time on trial and error.

The mastermind is meant to break that loop.

You do not need to chase every update.

You need a steady place to ask:

  1. Does this make my agent better?

  2. Does this solve a problem I actually have?

  3. Is this worth changing now?

  4. What should I leave alone?

These are the questions we’ll address in the Mastermind every month.

What we want you to get out of it is an agent you keep using because it fits your work and keeps getting a little better over time.

Who the mastermind is for

The mastermind is for people who know the first agent they build will open up more questions.

It is a good fit if you are thinking:

  1. I want help keeping my agent updated while AI keeps changing.

  2. I do not want to track every Claude, Codex, or AI agent update myself.

  3. I want someone to tell me what is worth trying and what I can ignore.

  4. I expect my first agent to become the starting point for more workflows.

  5. I want to keep improving what I built without rebuilding from scratch every month.

It is probably not necessary if you only want the 10-week cohort, one finished project, and enough understanding to keep going on your own.

That is a perfectly good reason to choose the 10-Week plan.

But if you already know you want a monthly place to keep testing, updating, and improving your agent across the next year, Ongoing is the better fit.

What Ongoing includes

The mastermind is included in the Ongoing plan.

Ongoing gives you everything in the 10-Week plan, plus:

  1. A second seat.

  2. 12 monthly mastermind sessions after you join.

  3. Access to the WhatsApp group where we share new AI workflow and feature updates

  4. Quarterly Skill Library refreshes.

  5. Unlimited course retakes.

The 10-week cohort teaches the method.

The mastermind keeps the method current.

The Skill Library refreshes give you updated building blocks as the course evolves.

The unlimited retakes let you come back through the course again when you want to build another workflow, bring in the second seat, or revisit the material with a different project.

The simple version

Choose 10-Week if you want to build one real AI process and learn the method.

Choose Ongoing if you want 12 months of monthly help keeping that process current.

The mastermind exists because AI agents are moving too quickly for one live cohort to be the whole answer.

We can teach the foundations once.

But the workflows, features, and best practices will keep changing.

Ongoing gives you a monthly place to keep up without doing all of that sorting alone.
